The Wexbury Evening Post

Derby against Hartwell moved to the showground after the pitch floods

The flood left the pitch under a foot of water and a layer of silt that will take a month to clear. The showground's committee offered its field within an hour of being asked.

The club says the beer tent will travel with the match.

Wexbury's evening paper, invented: forty stories in five sections on a dense front, a wide stream of pictured stories beside a narrow rail of headlines, the paper's advertisers between them. A demonstration: Wexbury and its Evening Post are invented and the pictures are generated gradients. Built by plinth from EDN and Markdown; the stream's further pages are real pages and are also pulled in place where scripts run; the rail arrives when it nears the viewport and has a real page of its own.
