The Wexbury Evening Post
Town choir opens its Tuesday rehearsal to anyone who can hum
The choir lost a third of its members over the last five years and has decided to grow rather than shrink. Tuesday's rehearsal is open; the music is taught by ear.
The conductor says the only requirement is to turn up twice.
Wexbury's evening paper, invented: forty stories in five sections on a dense front, a wide stream of pictured stories beside a narrow rail of headlines, the paper's advertisers between them. A demonstration: Wexbury and its Evening Post are invented and the pictures are generated gradients. Built by plinth from EDN and Markdown; the stream's further pages are real pages and are also pulled in place where scripts run; the rail arrives when it nears the viewport and has a real page of its own.
