The Wexbury Evening Post

The Saturday sourdough queue now starts before the bakery's lights come on

The bakery on the corner sells out of sourdough by nine every Saturday and has refused to make more, saying the oven and the baker have limits. The queue has moved earlier each month.

The café opposite now opens at seven to serve it.

Wexbury's evening paper, invented: forty stories in five sections on a dense front, a wide stream of pictured stories beside a narrow rail of headlines, the paper's advertisers between them. A demonstration: Wexbury and its Evening Post are invented and the pictures are generated gradients. Built by plinth from EDN and Markdown; the stream's further pages are real pages and are also pulled in place where scripts run; the rail arrives when it nears the viewport and has a real page of its own.
